I have been associated with Lido Property Management for over 12 years and have found them to be efficient and courteous to all tenants and managers-As a resident I have found their Maintenance department is highly skilled and take pride in their work-if a tenant has a problem they make sure they are not inconvenienced for long period of time-they are friendly and do their jobs well-The staff is Professional and easy to talk with -New prospective tenants are told they will see an inquiry on their credit report and Lido is one of the few Management companies that look over all information and take into consideration some circumstances that may be on the credit report -some tenants have been here for over 17 years and do not want to move and if they do they generally come back -We have a Safe Complex and with co-operation of the tenants Our Complex stays Clean.
